Description
"Days Of Autumn", was taken in Petrifying Springs park in Kenosha county, Wisconsin in the beautiful autumn time.
The season between summer and winter; fall. In the Northern Hemisphere it is from the September equinox to the December solstice; in the Southern Hemisphere it is from the March equinox to the June solstice.
A time of full maturity, especially the late stages of full maturity or, sometimes, the early stages of decline:
to be in the autumn of one's life.
Autumn, particularly in most parts of the United States and Canada, also has a strong association with the start of a new school year, particularly for children in primary and secondary education. "Back to School" advertising and preparations usually occurs in the weeks leading to the start of the fall season.
Since 1997, Autumn has been one of the top 100 names for girls in the United States.[16]
In Indian mythology, autumn is considered to be the preferred season for the goddess of learning Saraswati, who is also known by the name of "goddess of autumn" (Sharada).
In Asian mysticism, Autumn is associated with the element of metal, and subsequently with the colour white, the White Tiger of the West, and death and mourning.

Beautiful shot of one of those days of autumn when every tree becomes an ephemeral display of natural expressionist art.
